Heather F. Kolar
Founding Partner
Biography
Heather’s compassion for those suffering hardship because of others’ thoughtless acts drives her relentless pursuit of wrongdoers. Listening to victim’s concerns, educating them about the process, and taking control of the situation lets clients focus on healing from the heartbreak of corporate negligence.
Trial carries greater risk and stress for clients than settlement. Heather does everything in her power to obtain satisfactory settlements using a firm yet approachable negotiating style based on respect rather than aggression. While the firm does everything in its power to affect a great settlement, Heather does not shy away from trial when necessary and is highly regarded among her peers as a persuasive litigator dedicated to affecting maximum compensation for plaintiffs.
Heather is admitted to practice in Virginia and Connecticut.
